Everything You Want to Know Before We Start

01

How do I know which course is right for me: group or individual?

If you enjoy interacting, hearing different perspectives, and practising spontaneity, the group option is ideal. Groups are small (max. 6 people), so you'll have plenty of space to speak. If you have very specific goals, an unpredictable schedule, or want to go at exactly your own pace, 1:1 sessions are the best choice.

02

Can I really make progress in just 6 weeks?

The modular structure is designed specifically for intense progress. We won't try to learn "everything" — we'll focus on the elements that give you immediate clarity and confidence. Those who go through the additional resources and participate actively in sessions feel a real change in fluency within the first month.

03

What happens if I miss a session?

For individual courses, we can reschedule. For group courses, sessions cannot be recovered individually, but you will receive all the materials and feedback through our support group, so you can stay up to date.

04

Do you offer support between sessions?

Absolutely. Learning doesn't stop at the 60 or 90 minutes we spend together. We have a dedicated support group where you can ask questions, receive feedback on assignments, and access audio materials to help you refine your pronunciation every day.

05

How does payment work and what does it include?

Payment is made in advance, either in full (in which case you receive a bonus lesson) or in two equal instalments. The listed price includes everything: live sessions, weekly materials, personalised feedback, and access to the support community.

06

Do I need a certain level of English to enrol?

We will assess your level through a short evaluation before we begin. Groups are formed with people of a similar level, so everyone feels comfortable and is challenged just the right amount.
